Article 1: General
Our Terms and Conditions were last updated on April 26th, 2023.
The Purchaser understands that the role of Christine Garvin is not to prescribe or assess the micro-and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, Christine Garvin is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients reach their own health goals by helping the client to devise and implement positive and sustainable lifestyle changes.
The Purchaser understands that the Christine Garvin is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Consultant/Specialist is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Purchaser is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Purchaser should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplement use with his or her doctor.
The Purchaser has chosen to work with Christine Garvin and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health care professionals.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS
The Purchaser acknowledges that he or she takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.
The Purchaser expressly assumes the risks of the program, including the risks of trying new foods, supplements, and herbs and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes.
The Purchaser releases the Christine Garvin from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Purchaser ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Purchaser’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Christine Garvin.
Price & Refunds
The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order. There are no refunds.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.
Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Article 6: Delivery
Delivery is made to the email address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the email address you enter.
Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
