About this course
You know your hormones are whacky.
But when you ask your doctor if they can test your hormones they say, "It's pointless, since your hormones fluctuate so much throughout the month."
WRONG. Yes, they *do* fluctuate if you are still cycling. But each part of your cycle - follicular, ovulation, luteal - have their own range of where the numbers should be, including optimal levels. And this is the place to begin in order to understand what's happening - or not happening - with your hormones. During this 30-minute class, you'll learn:
The different forms of hormone testing, including serum (blood), saliva, dried urine, and blood spot
Which form of testing is best in different situations
The difference between bioavailable hormones and total hormones
Optimal levels for the different test
What low or high levels of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, FSH, LH, and DHEA indicate about your cycle
Bonus "Cheat Sheet for Hormone Testing"
